minecraft technic launcher custom modpacks not loading mods

Has anyone else had this issue previously? There appears to be folders created within the directory but nothing else (no files).

I have tried restarting the launcher, resetting the modpacks, restarting my computer and nothing seems to work. I have tried all modpacks and all that appears is a 0% in the loading bar which quickly disappears. Download version.For some reason the technic launcher is not allowing me to download any modpacks. Once you've finished creating and uploading your modpack, you should be able to install it by following the instructions listed at the top of this page. Once you've done this, you should be able to upload your modpack via the Technic Dashboard.
